If you’re a fan of the 1996 classic meta-horror slasher film Scream, this year’s Monsterpalooza is a must-attend event. Three of the film’s main stars–Neve Campbell, Matthew Lillard, and Jaime Kennedy–will be in attendance. Although panels and presentations of the convention haven’t been announced yet, we expect that a discussion of Scream and its sequels will be part of the schedule.

As the the longest-running horror convention in Los Angeles, Monsterpalooza is always able to attract top-tier guests and panels. In addition to the noted Scream stars, other announced guests include: Anthony Michael Hall and Ilan Michael Smith (Weird Science), Fairuza Balk (The Craft), Danny Lloyd (The Shining), John Carroll Lynch (American Horror Story and a million other productions), and Nestor Carbonell (Bates Motel).

Monsterpalooza is set to return to the Pasadena Convention Center from May 8-10, 2020. Tickets are on sale now and run $30 or $35 per day, or $75 for a three-day pass. The full schedule is likely to be announced in the next couple of months, and we’ll provide a full run down as more information becomes available.
